JUST IN ONE DAY , YESTERDAY IN TSHWANE:

-a hijacked building directly opposite the Marabastad Home affairs was raided, from the street it looks like a couple of shops, behind the facede 30 rooms made from corrugated iron. All illegal foreigners who were paying R1200 month rental to a Pakistani National. Electricity Meters tempered with. All arrested except the main Pakistani national.several luxury vehicles were also taken in to check if stolen. Paying R1200 rent but guys driving cars worth more than a ilkuon rand each.

-a foreign owned internet cafe owner was arrested and store closed for selling fraudulent asylum papers and other documents.

-mutiple stores dealing in illegal ci******es shut down, all foreign owners arrested.

-2 Liquor outlets run by foreign nationals were shut down due to operating without licence.

-a foreign owned butcher shop closed due to unhygienic meat.

-Massive discovery of a foreign owned chop chop in Marabastad where several stolen vehicles were discovered.

-undocumented foreign nationals were found hiding in a roof making plastic shopping bags for famous South African chains. The factory owner is known and should be arrested within 24 hours.

This is just some of the operations that took place in Pretoria yesterday and it will be on going. It's called OPERATION HEATWAVE . More than 80 illegal foreigners arrested. But what is very important that most operations are intelligence driven. The SAPS under is doing excellent work. Well done to Tshwane mayor and
