**One Bowl Banana Bread Recipe**

**Ingredients:**

- 3 ripe bananas 🍌
- 2 eggs 🥚
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (cake flour will also work fine) 🥄
- 1 tsp baking soda 🥄
- 1/4 cup brown sugar 🥄
- 1 tsp cinnamon 🥄
- 1/4 cup sugar 🥄
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg 🥄
- 1/2 tsp salt 🧂
- 1 tsp vanilla essence 🍯
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped) 🌰
- 1/2 cup butter 🧈
- 1/2 cup sour cream 🍦

**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat the Oven**: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. **Mash the Bananas**: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. 🍌

3. **Mix in the Wet Ingredients**: Add the softened butter and mix well. Then, add the eggs and vanilla essence. Stir until combined.

4. **Add the Dry Ingredients**: Add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the banana mixture. Mix until just combined.

5. **Fold in the Walnuts**: Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.

6. **Add the Sour Cream**: Finally, gently mix in the sour cream until everything is well combined.

7. **Bake the Banana Bread**: Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8. **Cool and Serve**: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy! 🍞
