We are looking for a Finance INTERN with a TVET College N6 qualification in finance!
The incumbent will take on various administrative tasks. The main
responsibilities will include, but not limited to; keeping financial records, preparing
purchase orders and bills and delivering high-quality customer service.
We’re looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong math skills and the
ability to multi-task efficiently. You should also be trustworthy with integrity and an
excellent communicator.
The goal of the Finance clerk is to assist in ensuring our accounting procedures run
smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Process purchase orders and bills, quotes, receipts and other documents
• Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed
• Verify financial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers)
• Monitor financial transactions
• Enter data and maintain updated records
• Assist with account reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues
• Report the status of accounts and discrepancies

Requirements and skills
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
• Familiarity with financial regulations(IFRS &GAAP)
• Knowledge of MS Office and google drive
• Attention to detail
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliability and strong work ethics
• Ability to solve problems

Contract based in Johannesburg – with the opportunity to grow into a management role depending on performance.
We are looking for a superstar who will help the team guide and shape our online presence and assist with internal & external communications.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• PR & Brand Strategy
• Assist with PR responsibilities for the business.
• Assist with identifying the right audience, agencies, influencers, etc. to work with to promote the company both locally and internationally.
• Assist with Implementing brand strategies to effectively position the company in the market.
• Assist with all communications, internal & external, such as newsletters, editing, storytelling, as well graphics created for the business.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with the audience.

REQUIREMENTS:
• TVET N6 certificate in marketing and/ PR
• Passion for the South African/African film industry.
• Based in Johannesburg and can commute to Parktown North
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
