The heart and soul of good writing is research; you should write not what you know but what you can find out about. Good writing is supposed to evoke sensation in the reader - not the fact that it is raining, but the feeling of being rained upon. Good writing gives energy, whatever it is about.

I treasure the books that I can read repeatedly and happily, as well as those that deprive me of sleep because I simply canât set them down.

Happy Womenâs Day 2021. The theme for this year's International Women's Day is "Choose To Challenge". A challenged world is an alert world.
We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate womenâs achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. From challenge comes change, so letâs all choose to challenge.

Proper Punctuation - Quotes
When youâre writing something that is a direct quote, meaning that it is the exact words that someone spoke, you need to use double quotation marks. Using them properly can be a little tricky, so remember these rules.
If you start by telling who said it, use a comma and then the first quotation mark.
Taylor said, âYou canât be serious.â
If you put the quote first and then tell who said it, use a comma at the end of the sentence, and then the second quotation mark.
âI had no idea it was so late already,â said Jenna.
Punctuation always goes inside the quotation marks if it is a direct quote. If you use an exclamation point or a question mark, do not use a comma.
âItâs great!â he exclaimed.
She asked her mother quietly, âIs it time for bed?â
If you quote someone within a quote, use single quotation marks and follow the same rules.
He began to tell us the story, âAs soon as I walked in the room the principal said,
´Youâve been here a lot lately John,´ so I just sat there quietly.â
If you are writing a story, every time a new speaker is talking, start a new paragraph.
âGood morning,â I said as I came down the stairs.
âGood morning,â said my mother.
âIs it nice outside?â I asked
âItâs a beautiful day,â she answered with a smile.

Writing is Art đ¨
Life is Art đ¨
"I think everything in life is art. How your writing looks. What you do. How you dress. Your smile and your personality. What you believe in, and all your dreams. The way you drink your tea. How you decorate your home. Or party. Your grocery list. The food you make. And the way you feel. Life is art." - Helena Bonham Carter.

A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and endurance. I'm a great believer in blessings and hard work than luck.
Hard work beats talent if talent doesn't work hard. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra push.

"One of the sad realities today is that very few people, especially young people, read books. Unless we can find imaginative ways of addressing this reality, future generations are in danger of losing their history.â
Make reading a habit, don't leave home without something to read. "Once you learn to read, you will be forever free.â â Frederick Douglass.
