2 months ago, I came across Monika, an exceptionally gifted artist whose remarkable body of work extends back as far as I can remember. I had no idea what was in store for me, but I was pleasantly surprised! In addition to assisting her with creating a stunning website, I had the honor of teaming up with her on technical and managerial matters, and her exquisite art can now be admired in one of the finest hotels( Hyde Hotel Seapoint )in Sea Point.

Hi Fam
I am writing this with a heavy heart as my digital studio(next to the Bay Harbour Market) has been hit by a devastating theft. All of my expensive equipment and goods have been taken, leaving me the other creatives feeling helpless and unsure of what to do next.

I'm are reaching out to anyone who may have information or leads that could help us in our search for these stolen items. No detail is too small and any information could be crucial in bringing these things back to where they belong.

No. 1 Every job seeker should create content.

But most don’t know what to say.( Well, I was in this situation before)

Here’s a simple way to generate 250+ post ideas:

1. Take Action

Every week you should be making moves:

- Upskilling by taking courses
- Reaching out to potential new contacts
- Having information interviews
- Building out projects

2. Capture Ideas

After each action, write down your #1 learning or takeaway.

Keep a running list.

Parse it out to a weekly cadence.

3. Create Buckets

These are simple frameworks that you can drop ideas into.

For example:

- How To Do Something
- An Observation You’ve Made
- A Contrarian View You Hold
- Advice You Think Everyone Should Know
- Updates About Your Journey
- Etc.

4. Combine & Create

Now combine steps 2 and 3.

Look through your list of takeaways from last week.

Take an idea and combine it with a bucket.

Now turn it into a post.

5. Block Out Time To Write

Put it on your calendar and make it non-negotiable.

Aim to write 2-3 posts during each block.

If you do that every week?

You’ll have written 250 posts in the next 12 months.

Each one illustrating value on your terms while generating visibility with people who can help get you hired.

When advertising on social media, it's important to refresh your creative often so that it is relevant and so that users aren't seeing the same post more than once. Also when testing variations and trying out new campaigns, look for images that have a consistent aesthetic so that your overall social campaign will feel familiar, but not repetitive, to users who may come across more than one ad. Overall, you want to make sure your social ads tell a cohesive story, and that the image aligns with the copy, which aligns with the CTA or link content, which of course should align with your branding.

⏺️Encourage the audience to attempt the quizzes, polls, answer questions, and see the videos, which are easy and exciting.

⏺️Make a video clip or gaming clip that expresses the content in your blogs and link them so that they can be understood easily.

⏺️Add a Result Section and Guide to the asked questions, quiz, or polls. You can also create your eBooks, which can be downloaded easily; this will indeed engage the audience on your website.

⏺️Ask your visitors to share their results in the comment box, increasing the audience to attempt the quiz, question, or polls, and score more.
