I have designed a new semi-modular full hotend mounting and cooling solution for the Ender 6 without linear rails.
I am currently using the dual 5015 version and its the best I've used for sure.
Its compatible with the Dragon, Rapido and other hotends (this will come later) + I will be adding further compatibility if the design is used and its requested. Can be ported to rails later on.
Main features:

- Compatible with different hotends
- Dual and single 5015 part cooling fan capability
- Easy assembly
- Cable management
- Adjustable fan and BL Touch mounts
- Easy maintenance design
- Screws kept similar lengths so that its easy to assemble
- Bowden, to be updated to direct drive in the future
- Several colour variations are possible due to the nature of the parts involved
- Print space at max possible for wheels at 290 x 265.

If anyone is interested in this, please let me know so that I know that I must prioritize sharing the files and such. I will add a photo to this post as soon as I get a chance. Also, when I do share it, I hope that whoever uses it is happy to pay a small fee. This design took a lot of work and testing + I want to get linear rails to port the design over to those in the future.

Endlessly calibrating. Anyone that thinks 3D printing, and making prints actually look perfect plus functional, think again. Although working with a fully modded printer that prints faster than anything from Microsoft needing a patch is also tricky, but fun 😉
