Qualifications: Matriculant passes, Driver’s Licence (added advantage), Relevant courses in Community Development.

Qualities: Should be good in reading and writing in English, Xhosa and or Afrikaans. Should be creative and be a good planner.

Should be a fast learner.

Skills: Good communication skills and optimistic.

Ability to work with communities (Families, individuals and children).
