New shopping complex to boost the local economic development in Marble Hall's Leeuwfontein area

The community of Leeuwfontein under the traditional leadership of Rahlagane traditional council in Marble Hall's Ephraim Mogale local municipality ward 8, gathered in celebration of a sod turning of the Leeuwfontein Crossing to mark the beginning of a positive economic growth expected by the residents at large. The meeting was graced by the presence of his worship Mayor councillor Given Moimana, speaker of the council councillor Rebecca Lentsoane, whip of council councillor Lina MMagane, ward councillors NL Magatle, K Mamahlako, K AphaneAphane, municipal manager ME Moropa, planning and economic development director P Tjebane, Infrastructure director T Maphutha, CFO T MadisaneMadisane along with Mc Cormick delegation led by retail manager Phillip Malan.
Mc Cormick property development is known for it's extensive record of retail development with over 75 shopping centers in South Africa and it has promised good relationships with the dignitaries involved. His worship mayor Moimane has reiterated on the protection of the assets that will be used in the project and further challenged Mc Cormick to train young people so that they remain with the skills once the project ends. Kgoshi Rahlagane has encouraged his people to grab this opportunity as the entire community would greatly benefit for it's economic development. The project is set to kickstart early in September.
