π Sincere Apology to Our Valued Clients and Supporters
On 26 December, while preparing for our team in De Aar, our work phone was accidentally dropped, resulting in a damaged screen π±π₯. Although the screen was repaired, it unfortunately became unresponsive to touch, as shown in the attached video.
Due to this unforeseen technical issue, we were temporarily unable to:
- Receive or return calls π
- Respond to messages π¬
- Share links with clients whose content was already ready π
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused, especially to clients who were eagerly awaiting their content. This disruption was not intentional, and we take full responsibility.
