Today in Ward 28, Cllr Wiwi Gumede - Ward 28 proved that development doesn’t have to wait for big budgets, it starts with coordination, vision and partnerships. Through the support of Uthando Solutions , Phephamed, Net Nine Nine and Old Mutual, 100 learners received school shoes and hygiene packs, giving them a dignified start to the school year.

This is what happens when the private sector answers the call of community, and when a councillor leads with purpose. Ward 28 is showing what is possible when we work together.
