A Sincere Appeal to Our Valued Service Providers

Emalahleni, Mpumalanga - Shining Diamonds Modeling Agency (SDMA), a non-profit organization, regrets to acknowledge that some service providers have not received payment for their services rendered to our agency. Shining Diamonds Modeling Agency (SDMA), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young talent, is issuing a heartfelt and urgent appeal to our unpaid service providers.

As a non-profit organization, SDMA relies solely on donations and sponsorships to operate. Regrettably, the failure of some sponsors to fulfill their commitments has resulted in outstanding payments to our valued service providers.

We acknowledge the frustration, disappointment, and financial hardship that this has caused, and for that, we are truly sorry. As an organization that values integrity, transparency, and fairness, we are committed to making things right.

We kindly request that all unpaid service providers come forward and engage with us in finding a solution. We are willing to work tirelessly with each of you to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we are prepared to involve the South African Police Service (SAPS) and our legal attorneys to draft a settlement agreement.

We understand that the recent implementation of the Service Provider Payment Request Form may have caused concern among our service providers. Please be assured that this measure was implemented solely for administrative and financial purposes, aimed at reducing fraud and ghost payments. We acknowledge that this may have been unexpected and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

A the meeting will be scheduled ASAP to discuss the way forward. All unpaid service providers will be invited to attend.

We value the contributions of our service providers and appreciate their patience and understanding during this challenging time. We are committed to settling all outstanding balances and restoring the trust that has been compromised.
