Finally, I've just this afternoon designed the new front cover of the new edition of my book. I am impressed and excited, and I am grateful for the gift of art and more importantly for the deep spiritual insights within this book. I feel that, better than the old one, this cover more perfectly represents the theme, which is the transcendency of Truth, the Son fo Man and the Son of God, Yeshua the Messiah.
Wow. What a beautiful film. Kingsley Ben-Adir did an incredible job playing the legend Robert Nesta Marley aka Bob Marley. It felt like I was hearing and looking at the man himself. Gratitude to his family for bringing this project to fruition.
I've just done the last edit of my book of spiritual insights into the transcendency of Truth, the Christ! From around 2012 over the years I've released it then edited it, removing some parts that were not really appropriate to the main theme and aim. I have realized that in order to understand this book the reader must have a spiritual gift or be highly intellectual because the author, yours truly, has written this book using a spiritual gift, namely Tongues.
When has South Africa in it's entire centuries-long history ever been corruption-free? Never. The very roots are bloodied and toxic from much worse.

This trans-racial thing is real. Non-Africans are out here identifying themselves as Africans. Some think that by speaking a native language they themselves have therefore become native. This is disrespect. They won't do the same concerning any other ethnicity in the world. Being African is not a costume or something you decide you are, and the same goes for every other ethnicity. Self and mass delusion is real.
As the birds of the air move without forest pathways, bush trails, train tracks, or highways and freeways, so do we move through time, but with the awareness of only where we are moment by moment.

"The Strange Gods of the Great Awakening" is a follow-up commentary of mine to "The Heretical Christs of the 2nd Great Awakening". In it I address the views of God's nature as held by Joseph Smith and Ellen White respectively. It was interesting but not too surprising to find that their ideas are very closely similar, even identical at some points.
Both ideas were taught and accepted in and by their respective movements as God's truth, and it is the same even today. I know because I was brought up in the Seventh-day Adventist Church wherein Ellen White is revered as God's messenger. I painstakingly detail in this commentary how heretical and blasphemous these views are when pitted against the Sacred Scripture. May God shed His Light on us all and may we receive it gladly.

This is a quick digitized sketch of an angel for my first Gospel graphic novel. You will notice there are no wings - they are not mentioned in the Gospels. It seems angel wings are mentioned only in events happening in Heaven. This particular design is inspired by the angel that rolled the tombstone away - "His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were as white as snow" (Matt. 28:3).
I'm about to soon start pencilling my first graphic novel based on the Gospels, YESHUA: THE ETERNAL LIGHT, God willing. On my way home from work, thinking about my book, a title just popped up in my mind, four words. And I thought, this could be a perfect title for a sequel, and I can feel that God is not done with me yet and has placed this sequel in my heart. BLOOD OF THE SAINTS: Divine Power and Devilish Persecution...
I knew this project was going to be a blessing to me. I'm finding out so many details that I never noticed before. Like how Philip is the first one among the Apostles to hear Yeshua say "Follow Me". Or that at one point both Yeshua's (2) Disciples baptize people at the same time as the Baptist. Or even how Yeshua befriends the likes of Simon and his family before He says to him and his fishing teammates "Come,...I will make you fishers of men". Get it? From fishermen..to...fishers OF men (humans) 😅. And there are many events that occur between the the Baptism of Yeshua and His Fast in the wilderness. This is a trip!
Comic book ideas come to me in dreams. I just had one a few days ago after a very long time. It is weird and wonderful at the same time. Imagine dreaming you were a giant, at least 100 feet tall, with telekinetic abilities... I'm developing this, but the Gospel graphic novel is priority. I'm still collecting and sequencing the events that I wish to illustrate. I must say I am having a blessed time with Scripture while doing this, really applying my mind, no shortcuts.
This is my full body attire design for the gospel graphic novel I'm working on, focusing on Messiah as the Light of God. I've posted a few sketches, which was received well with a few criticisms. I took that, did some more historical and Biblical research and came up with this.
Items: A headdress (maaphoreth), an inner tunic (seamless), an outer tunic, with a girdle, and a staff.
As much as some sources say He wore only or mostly an inner tunic, (maybe with a girdle), the Gospels also mention an outer tunic as well. Christ's outer tunic, like that of male Jews in His time, had 2 tzitzit (woven strings to remind the wearer of the Laws) hanging from each corner (8 in all). I'll add more background info when I've digitized it.
This is another sketch with more detail. I think I'll digitize it soon. That will be the most exciting for me. In case you don't know, I'm working on a graphic novel based on the Testimony of the Apostle John. This is the design I made for the illustrative portrayal of the Son of Man, Yeshua HaMashiach.
I'm excited to offer my imagination to the millennia old Testimony of Yochanan (John) about the Eternal Light and Almighty Word of God that took on the form of humanity. This is a sketch of a figure I'll be using as a representation of my Lord Yeshua HaMashiach. I consciously moved away from the traditional "European" or "young Zeus" look to a more historically accurate one. I can't wait until I do a colour close up design - no blue eyes or blond flowing hair! Anyway, I'm excited in a way I haven't been for anything in a very long time!
