Introducing Beira Alta, Sibaya's newest restaurant, which offers traditional Portuguese flavours, from flame-grilled chickens to succulent seafood platters.
“Our recipes are handed down from generation to generation, and have evolved into Portuguese cuisine with an African influence,” said Beira Alta Sibaya owner Laurindo Lagoa. “Our Head Chef Dumi (Augustine Ngube) knows all of our secret recipes and runs the show together with General Manager Naven Govender.”
The restaurant's first branch was opened in Johannesburg, where it became renowned for its flame-grilled meats and delectable starters like chourico and calamari - all of which you'll find here. “South Africans who crave red meat will enjoy Beira Alta’s large portions, accompanied by the chef’s unique secret sauces, guaranteed to keep any meat lover happy.”
