Never did I think I'd ever have content on this subject but look at me go 🚀

Face Massage Routine:

_cleanse face with water-based cleanser
_generously slather face with essential oil blend (I use 40% grapeseed, 30% tea tree, 20% rosehip, 7% frankincense and 3% sweet orange). Eye area is fine. Avoid lips.
_relax your face
_with your index fingers across your brows, massage upwards towards your hairline. X5
_with fingers flat, from your inner eye, along cheekbone to temple and press. X5
_(left) rest jaw between index finger and remaining fingers with left hand. Pull up along jawline to ear. Follow with right hand, flat, pushing up towardd the ear. X5.
_repeat on right hand side

I add my nose in too 😅 but you don't have to

Your face will feel a little greasy but leave the oils on for as long as you can bare before RINSING your face with COLD water. Pat dry with clean towel. Toner. Cream. Done!

Your face will feel so alive and supple! And eye bags are majorly reduced!

Happy Shrove Tuesday 🥞

Pancakes with cinnamon and sugar is a definite pre-Lent favourite of mine. Growing up Catholic, making pancakes on Shrove Tuesday AND having them for dinner was a sweet highlight of my childhood.

Did you know that Shrove Tuesday is always 47 days before Easter Sunday?
Pancakes were originally invented as a means to use up all the sugar and lard in the house before the 40 fast of Lent? In France, people make a wish before flipping their pancakes, and do so while holding a coin in the other hand.
