Personally, I see a clear role for AI voices in specific domains, such as delivering information-heavy content like manuals or customer service announcements. The efficiency and consistency AI offers in these scenarios can't be denied.
However, when it comes to the art of storytelling and emotive communication—where nuances like vocal inflections, character portrayal, and subtle shifts in tone are paramount—I believe human voices still hold an irreplaceable edge. 🎭🎤

A VoiceOver hopeful sent us demos today and would like to get into the VoiceOver industry this was our Head coaches Craig Ross's reply to the artist.

Dear artist

I’ve taken the time to listen to your demos and I’ve noticed a few areas for improvement. Firstly, your delivery of three and four-syllable words, as well as certain phrases, tends to be rushed. This is followed by an overcorrection where you slow down, likely realizing that you’ve spoken too quickly. Additionally, the melody you’re using in your demos feels somewhat mechanical and lacks a unique, soulful touch. It follows a predictable pattern of rising and falling, which doesn’t truly convey the emotion or message in your words. Despite the appealing texture and timbre of your voice, the overall volume, pitch, rhythm, and tone aren’t effectively communicating the intended feelings.

To address these issues, I suggest participating in a demo session with us, though this will involve some costs. Our flagship course, VoiceOver A to Z, might be a great fit for you. It includes four one-hour sessions and an additional hour in the studio under my direction. After recording, I’ll mix and master the demos, adding music and ensuring they meet international standards. This comprehensive course is priced at R9,950 and includes the production of five demos.

Alternatively, if you prefer a more condensed approach, we can arrange a one-hour studio session. I’ll direct you during this time and then professionally mix your demos, creating up to five polished pieces. This option is priced at R3,950

Please consider these options and let me know which suits you best. The training course, in particular, could be highly beneficial for developing your skills.
