Full Sus is a free digital MTB platform. Delivering quality South African MTB content. The first issue hit the shelves in bike shops and at races in April 2013.

Full Sus is a free digital MTB magazine published 6 times per year by Integrated Media - www.fullsus.co.za. The team is passionate about mountain biking and we’d like to share our love for the sport with you. Since then we've grown Full Sus in all directions. From the newspaper print version (which by now you know we have discontinued) which was available in over 250 local bike shops in Gauteng, K

ZN the Orange Free State, the Western and Eastern Cape, Nelspruit and Springbok. As well as a number of coffee shops, at trail centres and at all 35 Sportsmans Warehouse stores nationwide. We’d love to hear from you, so let us know what you think MTB publications in South Africa should be writing about.
