VISI ISSUE 133 IS NOW ON SHELVES
In the latest issue of VISI, we highlight several architects who are pushing the boundaries of design and truly thinking outside of the box, from a rammed-earth Johannesburg home created by Meshworks Architecture + Urbanism to a Sea Point penthouse-meets-superyacht designed by KAA Architects.
We're shining a spotlight on local talent making waves on the international stage. This includes the collaboration between South African artist Thabisa Mjo of Mash.T Design and the renowned brand Dolce&Gabbana, as well as Zanele Muholi's exhibition at the Tate Modern in London.
Additionally, we'll be spending time with lighting designer Adam Hoets and furniture maker James Mudge and we catch up with rising star Tanisha Neill, the founder of a Cape Town-based furniture design studio.

“The trend fosters a connection to the natural world, responding to urbanization’s detachment from nature. Natural colours and textures, along with a subdued palette, echo the tranquillity found in the environment.”
