Attendance Notification: If you are unable to attend castings anymore, please urgently inform Elize or Mireille so that we can remove you from our casting platform. We want to respect everyone's time, including yours, ours, and our clients.

Updated Photos: If your appearance has changed since your last submitted photos, please send us updated images urgently. Arriving at a casting looking different from the photos presented to our clients is unprofessional.

Casting Brief: Carefully review your casting brief and practice in advance of your casting or self-tape. Your professionalism will leave a lasting impression!

Professional Headshots: We highly recommend obtaining professional headshots, as they significantly enhance your chances of being invited to castings.

Why It’s Not Advisable to Be Represented by Multiple Agencies.

Casting Platforms:

Agencies and casting directors rely on casting platforms to view talent rosters. When a casting director discovers that a talent is affiliated with multiple agencies, it can lead to confusion and frustration.

Legal Complications:

Being represented by multiple agencies may create legal issues, particularly regarding "competitive work." For example, failing to disclose conflicting projects (such as working with Pepsi through one agency after doing a Coca-Cola shoot through another) can result in legal consequences.

Booking Conflicts:

Managing castings, bookings, and talent portfolios is the responsibility of an agent. If you’re affiliated with more than one agency, it can lead to double bookings and missed opportunities, which ultimately affects your career.

Exclusivity Contracts:

Exclusive representation with one agency means you cannot be signed with another agency during the term of the contract. Violating these terms can damage your professional reputation and opportunities.

If you choose to work with two agencies, it’s critical to inform both of your bookings and work history to avoid any complications. Open communication fosters professionalism and collaboration among all parties involved.
