Cllr Eddie Maila spends Christmas Day donating food hampers

The Mayor of Fetakgomo Tubatse Municipality His Worship Cllr Eddie Maila has expressed his love for the Municipality’s destitute and vulnerable families by donating food hampers.

These hampers will ensure that they not only keep the wolf at bay but it will guarantee that they enjoy Christmas and the festive season.

For the past four years, All Ward Councillors in the municipality’s 39 wards were able to identify beneficiaries especially child headed families who are struggling to put food on the table.

His Worship Cllr Maila thanked all Councillors for their commitment in serving the communities at all times.

He urged all Councillors to avail themselves at all times especially this festive season to assist the communities with service delivery issues.

The Mayor and his Executive Committee will be available to serve the community during this period.

We thank all volunteers who heeded the call of the Mayor by donating food hampers to this worthy course. The Mayor was accompanied by Head of Development Planning Cllr Daphney Mampa.
