Here’s the 8 step strategy:

1. Create Content that is Compelling and Concise
We created content that our target audience understood, was likely to engage, and was most likely to share. Took us around 4 days to research and plan our content.

2. Utilize Trending Topics:
We spent time researching trending hashtags, challenges, and topics to increase visibility and relevance. Tooks us around 3 days.

3. Leverage Visuals:
We used eye-catching pictures, reels, and educational content to hook our audience and communicate our value proposition. Took us around 1 day to gather visuals.

4. Engage with Your Audience:
We spent about 2hours a day interacting with prospective clients by encouraging them to comment on our clients posts, ask questions, and encourage user-generated content.

5. Collaborate with Influencers:
We researched and selected the correct influencers to partner with based on data-metrics. We knew influencers were key to expand our reach and amplify our message to their followers. Our client was an emerging venue hire destination and their budget was small, so we negotiated with influencers. Basically, we offered influencers a free venue to host a party/celebration on a date of their choice in exchange for 2 posts a week. We spent 3 days finding and negotiating with influencers.

6. Timing is Key:
We had to look at datapoints to understand when venues are most booked and least booked. We ramped up paid campaigns in the quieter months and focused on organic reach in the busier months. Took us 3 days to research datapoints.

7. Harness the Power of Sharing:
We encouraged sharing by creating content that evoked emotions, provided value, and sparked curiosity. We did this throughout the campaign.

8. Monitor and Adapt:
We analyzed key metrics, tracked trends, and adjusted our strategy accordingly to stay relevant and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Took us 2 days to report.

What does your business actually sell…

If you want to get paid for your solution, you need to understand the psychology behind what and why people buy products and services.

This is first step towards value based pricing which helps customers compare you to competitors according to value you provide rather than the price.

For example, if a client has a $560/R10K/€490 per month budget, we would provide a 3x greater return for our customers then our competitors could with that same budget.

To create value for clients, you need to dig deep to uncover deep rooted problems. For example when you are selling an insurance, ask why they want to purchase insurance. Is it to have peace of mind, protect loved ones? You need to probe and ask questions to your customers.

Try this on your own offer, and dig deeper to help your clients understand the real problem you are solving for them.

Own a pharmacy? You are selling healing not medicine. Own a salon? You are selling attractiveness not hair treatments. Own a restaurant? You are selling an experience not food. Own a brokerage? You are selling peace of mind not insurance.

Remember ciients don’t buy a product or a service, they buy a solution to a problem that you have helped them uncover.

This is how big brands win markets all the time. Think about where you purchase your groceries? Most likely a large grocer, because they are selling you convenience. Convenience of choice and time. Would you drive 1hour away to buy your weekly groceries or 6 different shops to get your groceries every week?
