Vale Media & Marketing has been operating in the local Motorsport industry for approximately 5 years. In that time we have focused on working with Clare Vale and made her one of the industry’s most prominent female figures, and one of the highest profile drivers in the country. We achieved this by constant relationship development with local media and focusing on making Clare and her team able to
offer something more than just race day results. In doing so we have developed a very close relationship with RAM, Liqui-Moly and AutoGlym, and the other partners and sponsors of the team. We have an extensive Media Contact List, and strong relationships directly with these publications. Dirk Vale is a member of the South African Guild of Motoring Journalists (SAGMJ), which enables him to develop an excellent working relationship with members of the media. By nurturing these media relationships this enables us to garner Motorsport coverage in a unique mix of focused media. We work extensively with social media channels and have found this to be an excellent area in which to grow our brands, to appeal to most demographic groups and to maximize social media opportunities. First Lady of local motorsport. She currently drifts in the national SupaDrift drift series in her RAM Mustang. She was the first lady racer to race in the WesBank V8 Supercar series, and went on to be the first lady racer to start a V8 race on pole, lead a race and became the first lady racer to finish on the podium. South African Champion Gymnast. Top qualifier in last year’s National Championships and qualified for World Finals in Belgium in September 2013. He is captaining the South African team at this year’s African Championships being held in Tswane in March. Beyond Gymnastics Michael is also a stuntman and massively talented Parkour athlete. Richard Leeke III:
Richard Leeke III currently competes in the national rally series in South Africa. Richard comes from a famous South African rally family and at 17 will be looking to enhance the family’s rally heritage. He had a successful 2013 season, including a podium finish, in spite of some injuries that hampered his progress, and he will be looking to build on this progress during the 2014 season. Monroe South Africa:
In February 2014 we started a Facebook and Twitter account for Monroe Shocks South Africa. This entails monitoring their social media feeds and ensuring the right content is sent out to market their products correctly. The objective is to grow their presence into a vital marketing tool for the company.
