Being a Resident DJ is a disadvantage, clubs will pay you peanuts just to undervalue you in purpose, but week in week out they’ll be booking questionable DJs as headliners, pay them more and give them expensive rider but they expect you to pick up after they leave to keep thier patrons entertained. They trust you to keep thier patrons entertained but they don’t think you deserve the money. Not all clubs do this but most does🤞.
