The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is looking for a dynamic leader to drive the growth of South Africa's film and video industry.

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Contract: 5-Year Fixed Term
Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R1,850,000 - R2,288,200 per annum

Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement NFVF's strategies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure financial and operational compliance.
• Drive change and transformation.
• Promote NFVF's culture and values.

Requirements:
• NQF Level 8 in Public Administration/Governance or Business Management (Master's preferred).
• 15 years of management experience, with 5 years at an executive level in the public sector.
• Knowledge of the film and video sector and relevant laws.

• Project Management
• Policy Formulation
• Networking and Stakeholder Management
• People Management and Leadership
