ت – ﺿﻤﺎﻥ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﻭﻣﺼﺪﺍﻗﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﺳﺘﻘﻼﻟﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﻨﺎﺓ او المجلة او مواقعنا .
ث – ﺗﻌﺰﻳﺰ ﺛﻘﺔ المتابع للقناة او المجلة او مواقعنا .
ثانياً - ﺿﻮﺍﺑﻂ ﻭﺗﻮﺟﻴﻬﺎﺕ ﻋﺎﻣﺔ :

1- ﻳُﺘﻮﻗﻊ ﻣﻦ القناة والمجلة ﻣﻮﺍﻛﺒﺔ ﺍﻷﺣﺪﺍﺙ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﺠﺪﺍﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻴﺔ والسياحية ﻭﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﻳﺎﺿﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ والدينية ﺗﻮﺳﻴﻌﺎ ﻟﻠﻤﺪﺍﺭﻙ ﻭﺇﺛﺮﺍﺀ ﻟﻠﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ .
ثالثاً - ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻧﺎﺕ والمشاركات :
يسمح لاي شخص الإعلان في قناة الحمزة السياحية و مجلة الحمزة الشاملة بعد قراءة وموافقة المعلن على مايلي :

1- ﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﻗﺒﻮﻝ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺨﺪﺵ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﺃﻭ ﺗﺴﻲﺀ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻘﺪﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺗﺮﻭﺝ ﻟﻠﻌﻨﻒ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺫﻳﻠﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺤﺮﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﺎﺭﻑ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ .
2- ﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺑﺚ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻧﺎﺕ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺑﻊ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺮﻳﻀﻲ ( ﺗﺄﻟﻴﺐ ﻃﺮﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺁﺧﺮ ﺃﻭ ﺣﺾ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﻒ ) ، ﺃﻭ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﻨﺰﺍﻉ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺃﻱ ﻋﺪﺩ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻃﺮﺍﻑ ( ﻣﻨﺘﺞ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻣﻠﻜﻴﺘﻪ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺯﻉ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ).
3- ﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺑﺚ ﺇﻋﻼﻥ ﺩﻭﻥ ﻣﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻠﻨﺔ، ﻓﺒﻌﺾ ﺍﻹﻋﻼﻧﺎﺕ ﻗﺪ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ - ﻣﺜﻼ - ﺫﺍﺕ ﻃﺎﺑﻊ ﻛﻴﺪﻱ، ﻭﻗﺪ ﺗﺠﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﻘﻨﺎﺓ او المجلة ﻃﺮﻓﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺴﺎﺀﻟﺔ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ .
4- ﻻ ﻳﺴﻤﺢ ﺑﺎﻹﻋﻼﻧﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﻠﻞ ﺻﺮﺍﺣﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻗﻴﻤﺔ ﺃﻭ ﺟﺪﻭﻯ ﻣﻨﺘﺠﺎﺕ ﺃﻭ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﺴﺔ ﻣﺤﺪﺩﺓ ﺍﻻﺳﻢ .
وابعاً - ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﻓﺴﺔ :
1- ﻻ ﻳﺠﻮﺯ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﻤﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﺸﺪﻳﺪ ﻟﻠﺘﻔﻮﻕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﻓﺴﻴﻦ ﺫﺭﻳﻌﺔ ﻟﺘﻐﻠﻴﺐ ﺍﻹﺛﺎﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻻﻟﺘﻔﺎﻑ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻴﺜﺎﻕ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﻲ .
2- ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﻓﺴﺔ ﻻ ﺗﻌﻨﻲ ﺃﺑﺪﺍ ﺍﻟﺤﻂ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺧﺮﻯ ﺑﺎﻹﺳﺎﺀﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺷﺮﺓ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﺎ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻜﻴﻚ ﺻﺮﺍﺣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺻﺪﻗﻴﺘﻬﺎ، ﻓﺈﺛﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﻮﻕ ﻳﻨﻌﻜﺲ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺴﺐ ﺃﻛﺒﺮ ﺷﺮﻳﺤﺔ ﻣﻤﻜﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﻬﻮﺭ .
3- ﻛﺴﺐ ﺍﻻﺣﺘﺮﺍﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺤﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺪﺍﻗﻴﺔ ﻟﻪ ﺃﻭﻟﻮﻳﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻛﺴﺐ ﺍﻟﺸﻌﺒﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺮﻭﺍﺝ .
