Happy Anniversary Davao Digital Creators! ✨

I've been with them for 7? (I can't recall now) years and in every anniversary I was the host... NOT THIS YEAR THOUGH!!!! I had the pleasure of handling the event this year as the events officer for the org.

This year we wanted to call the Davao Creators to stand out and be great! It meant, that through their platform they can help make a positive influence in the community. Of course, we wanted to make it fun as well so we made everyone dress up as movie characters.

I went as Marty McFly, one of my favorite movie characters.

We played a lot of games that night, you can see the one we all enjoyed them most-- Paint Me A Picture. Being a streamer came in handy with this game cause, I got to use some of my streamer tools to make a live cam through the projector.

I went home that day with some NCCC movie tickets (we won a competition), and a voucher to Humble Table!

It's my ultimate goal of the event to inspire the fellow Davao Creators to create just like how Davao Digital Creators inspired me. Thank you Davao Creators! Happy 8 year anniversary! Here's to 8 more.

We've got another show in the works from the Frightening Alarming Real-life Tales Show Franchise! 👻

Of course, it will be hosted by me! We look into horror films and discuss what happens in those films. Of course from time to time we'll have special guests on the show so we can discuss their favorite horror films.

I'm excited to launch this project because I've been wanting to make a show like this. What's fun about it is it will happen live! All episodes will be released to Twitch (and VODs uploaded to YouTube).

One of my highlights in Sydney was the Museum of Contemporary Art.

If you can't tell by now, I love absorbing all the art in a place. Was very happy to visit this place. Whenever you're in the city, you should definitely check it out. It's free!

Got to watch Ride the Cyclone at Hayes Theatre Co. ✨

It was so good. What I love about this musical are the themes it tackled-- life, death, and what it means to have a life. This musical had great performances (I have a big crush on Justin Gray), great set design, and a heartfelt story.

If you get a chance to watch this musical, I fully recommend you do so!

I'm actually here in Sydney for Vivid.

Vivid is a yearly 23-day festival of lights, music, and ideas. There's so much to see. The city is covered in beautiful lights, a lot of light and sound exhibits, and many places to visit and check out. ✨

One of my fave exhibits is on the Sydney Opera House. It looks so beautiful at night with the projected motion loop.

I got to join in the Unstitch: Sustainable Fashion Forum where we talked about fashion practices that help the environment and the world. I learned so much.

By being mindful of what clothes we buy and thinking up of ways we can upcycle or recycle our clothes can have huge impact on the planet. 👕

I shared some of my ukay tips and tricks, fashion story, and personal style in a talk. There was also a clothes swap party where I got my hands on some pieces that I'm excited to show.

However, the my highlight of the day was when I walked down the community runway showing off the clothes that I thrifted (all in a vlog that's coming out soon).
