It’s nsumo season! 😋 Plum-like wild fruits with such a unique flavour, I use nsumo in desserts, cakes, my Wild Panfortes, my Bush Biscotti, and my Nature’s Gourmet Muesli. I also bottle them in spices to be eaten over the holidays. 🎄
Nsumo is the Tonga name for the False Wild Medlar that grows in the woodlands throughout Southern Province in Zambia. 🇿🇲
