To give an idea of what we’re looking for, we’re passionate about post-apocalyptic and dystopian settings, dynamic and complex characters, and crossover genre pieces. We welcome and encourage proposals from first-time authors, agented or nonagented. Fife was founded by editor, philanthropist, world traveler, and science fiction connoisseur Frederick William Fife. Fife had an appreciation and passion for depth and context, as well as literary merit. After college, Fife traveled the world for ten years before finding his calling in books and founding the F.W. Fife publishing company, settling in Seattle, Washington. Fife is an imprint of the Zharmae Publishing Press.
