Today is World Earth day and the Google doodle is a beautiful picture highlighting the effects of climate change.

The theme for this year is "Invest in our Planet." Every year, April 22 is celebrated as Earth Day, an annual event where people take time out to demonstrate their support for protecting the planet and its environment.

As humans, once we understand that without the environment, there will be no “us” then it gives us a deeper perspective as to how important it is to start investing in our environment. 😊

Here are some Earth Day Activities and Ideas:

1. Clean Up Plastic in Your Local Park / Neighborhood
2. Help to create awareness about what Earth day is about by sharing information about Earth day or simply repost this
3. Get the Kids involved
4. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle in the Garden
Stop Pesticides and Chemicals in the Garden
5. Conserve Water

Ariyike Lawal-Akinbobola Ariyike Akinbobola] is a Nigerian television host, talk show host, model, blogger, qualified attorney, and occasional actress.

Her humanitarian works include collaborating with Vocal Slender's Back to school ghetto love project in September 2013 to contribute and find donations of school supplies and backpacks for more than 500 Ajegunle (a slum in Lagos State, Nigeria) kids who were starting back at school.

Akinbobola has also joined Pink Heritage Company, a group that works to raise awareness about sexual abuse of young girls and provides counseling to female secondary school students who have experienced such abuse.

She had her first annual charity Christmas party when donations were made to nine charitable organizations by her, her friends, family, and brands. The event also featured representatives from NGOs, well-known celebrities, and media figures.

These are only a few of her generous extensions to the less privileged and humanity at large.

When this picture was taken in 2020,i was preparing for an Interview in a magazine feature,the country was still in recovery process after a pandemic which impacted several Canadian Businesses.

We had also organized a virtual Brand Expo to connect Entrepreneurs in the BIPOC community across Canada to give structured visibility through this Platform. The Event was very successful the first of many to come🙌🙌🙌
