How I see it is that this is one life we are granted the opportunity to envision, manifest and create.
I see the necessity to build a space where the communion with Gaia is palpable. A place where deep introspection provides healing for the nervous system. Where there is an opportunity to learn to listen with more than the ears.

Epigenetics is real. What can emerge from within our genetics when we are given the opportunity to be is a space where the geometry and surroundings code the extraordinary from your genetics?

On Friday 8th of September I have such a special offering in San Francisco at with an extended meditation gathering featuring healing songs of the Earth.

Join me there for the meditation for reconnection of your nervous system to the pulse of the Planet and a Q&A to share form my travels and adventures.

I have been building a library of sounds of field recordings of protected and unprotected biospheres around Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean including rainforests, marshlands, the ocean, caves, and more. Many calls and songs of insects, birds, mammals have been documented in this extensive work. I have named this body of work Heart in Nature.
