Dad Life Rules Dad Life Rules is a blog, podcast, and community with a mission to encourage and equip men on the front lines of fatherhood. I love being dad. Positivity.

I have 3 kids (1 stepson and 2 daughters) and it’s the greatest adventure of my life second only to being married to an amazing woman. And yet, it’s easy to complain about the dirty diapers, messing rooms, and endless school activities. With Dad Life Rules the focus is twofold:

1. Dad life rules! It is awesome, amazing, rewarding and has brought me to tears of joy on more than one occasion. Dad l

ife is wilder than any ride at Disneyland. Better stop at the bathroom before strapping in.

2. Principles. Dad life teaches you many lessons. In 8 years as a father sometimes it feels like I’ve only scratched the surface. Successful dads recognize the benefit of applying general principles to their unique situation.
