We are days away from the big game! It is Super Bowl all the time in my office now that the major rain event has left the state! The Vegas Sphere has been doing some amazing Super Bowl displays this week. Super Bowl LVIII will broadcast live on Sunday, February 11, at 3:30 p.m. from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, on CBS and Nickelodeon, as well as on streaming on Paramount+

The exodus from Burning Man Project continues before sunrise! Heavy rains and flooding prevented burners from leaving last weekend. Burning Man Traffic account on X says this line of campers, cars and trailers is moving smoothly but could take hours to get to main highway out of Black Rock City. Around midday yesterday approximately 64,000 people were still on site in Nevada.

Many non-profit groups are sending people to help and aid supplies in various forms to West Maui, just like Samaritan's Purse based in North Carolina did this week. As we all know Maui was hit with strong hurricane force winds that fanned the flames of a brush fire and destroyed an entire community.
