*Support: Whether it's talking you through your first setup or troubleshooting your sound system, we have the knowledge to resolve your query. *Delivery details: Orders placed by 14:00 (2:00 PM) weekdays will be despatched the same day for delivery the following working day, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Orders placed and cleared on weekends (Friday night - Sunday night) will be despatched the following Monday (exc.bank holidays) for delivery on the following Tuesday, again subject to stock. Next day delivery applies to most of mainland UK, excluding Scottish highlands and other rural areas where delivery may take up to 3 days. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland will be subject to a 48 hour delivery service. *Returning faulty goods: If the item you have ordered, has a manufacturing fault, then we will accept the return at our expense. However, this needs to be brought to our attention within 28 days of taking delivery. Items returned to us must be sent via registered post, proof of posting is not proof of delivery. The returned item should be with sufficiant or the original manufacturer's packaging with accessories, manuals or other documentation. Once we have received the returned items, you will receive a refund for the item, or receive a replacement provided the return is within the 28 day period. Please contact us before returning faulty items. *Returning unwanted goods: If you find the goods you have bought are not suitable for you, or are unhappy with purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days. We will refund the money you have paid, less the cost to us of delivering the goods to you, within 28 days of the date the goods were returned to us.
