Dec 15, 2013 Liz and Greg Finney 225 Edgewood Drive Highland Village, TX, 75077 Project: New 2400 SF New Home Construction in 2013. This is a letter of recommendation to MAP Build and Remodel, Michael Paulson. Building a house from scratch is a daunting task; we hired Michael as our Project Manager, seeing the project from start to finish. With a project of this magnitude, we did have a few hick ups and design changes throughout the build; however Michael came up with creative ideas and solutions to the task at hand. He has a great ability to take control of any situation dealing with planning, budgeting, contracts, lien releases, sub-contractors, city planning, and all the construction headaches you could imagine. His attention to detail and smart ideas saved us a lot of money and time. We are very happy with Michael’s work, professionalism, and dedication to our new home.
