It’s official Merc Fam - We have been granted the use of George St for the whole of Paddy’s weekend starting Saturday March 15th right through until late on Monday 17th!! That’s 3 days of celebrations right in the heart of the Rocks!

As always our Sunday George St takeover takes pride of place and we have called on the Big Guns this year with Velvet Rose to kick things off before special guests The Lost Backpackers make their long awaited return to the Sydney music scene for one gig only before the Legend that is Shaylee Wilde to finish things off.

We are looking forward to chatting to newly elected President of Sydney St Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival this week. The Committee are working hard to put on the best show ever but need YOUR HELP! If you have a few hours to spare get in touch (see link below). Hiring event staff costs a lot of money and the strength of this free event relies on the generosity of its volunteers. The organising committee would be very grateful for your help, whether it's marshalling the parade, helping out at the children's area or any other part, if you have some spare time please do get in touch.
