Accident involving a semi-truck and a passenger vehicle has US491 closed between Pleasant View and Ca**ne. One person, driving the passenger vehicle, is believed to have been killed.

UPDATE 12-3-24 3:50am.
The highway has reopened. Please drive safely.

Hwy 491 is closed near mile marker 48, between Roads DD and EE, due to an accident. Use Road 15 as a detour. Unknown time of reopening.
