βοΈ Limit screen time, Manage your screen time and own it
βοΈ Eat healthily
βοΈ Drink enough water
βοΈ Change your usual screen time break to other habits like reading a book, listening to music, going for a walk
βοΈ Stretch from time to time and exercise.
