It seems this company has not issue with destructing of private property and hit and run. This driver cut a turn too sharp and literally took the frontend of this parked car off and decided to flee the scene of the accident leaving the owner of the car with $35,000 in damages that the company and driver are responsible for. After reviewing their page it’s no wonder this accident happened the major of the drivers on their “ certificate of completion” scored pretty low, so the threshold of competency is a low bar set. But given the “acceptable” percentage shown by these drivers and company this type of behavior isn’t surprising. The company and driver might want to address this quickly as this is considered a felony and given the amount of damage done a lawsuit might be eminent. This company driver needs to not only be removed from his job but also be removed from the road entirely. The driver first fails to execute a zipper merge properly and attempts to force the dashcam driver into other lanes of traffic trying to cause a accident then when that fails comes up on the passenger side of the dashcam driver and tries to force them into the concrete barrier all the while looking directly at their child in the front seat. Then goes speeding off cutting off cars in an attempt to get away after realizing their reckless driving was captured on Dashcam. This driver couldn’t be bothered at all with a 2 way stop and blew thru the stop sign at well over 50+ mph, which could of resulted in a very serious if not fatal accident due to the negligence of this driver. It seems this company is on hard times and their employees seem like they are trying to maybe commit insurance fraud by “setting up” an accident. The company driver fails to yield to right of way in a roundabout and then after pulling out in front of the cam driver “brake checks” the cam driver in attempt to cause a rear end accident. Clearly not the brightest employees here or just in general. This company and its employees live up to the saying “bad drivers never miss their exit” and here is a first hand experience of that. Not 1 or 2 but 3 vehicles associated with this company decides to come to a near stop on a highway and use the gorge point as their own personal merge lane nearly causing a multi car pile up while they cut multiple cars off while making a dive to not take the exit and cutting across multiple lanes of traffic at the same time. They say “one employee doesn’t represent a whole company” but what about (from the looks of it) the whole company at doing the same thing. Hopefully no accidents occurred due to this reckless and dangerous maneuver but if an accident did occur then hopefully this video will help hold this company response for what they caused. It seems when working for this company a basic understanding of how traffic control devices work is not required at all. This driver decides to stop in a active lane of traffic on 6 lane highway at a green light to block traffic (no hazard lights on) and proceeds to stay stopped forcing traffic to go around the driver and only then once the light turns red decides to run the red light to continue straight. There are only a very few handful of reasons for this behavior 1. Is that they are so distracted by their phone they don’t notice the light had long been green 2. They are so impaired behind the wheel they can’t differentiate the difference between red and green. Or 3. This was a failed attempt at an insurance fraud attempt and when the driver realized no one was going to read end them they abandoned their attempt. This individual came in the first time and was upset his load wasn’t ready and started threatening employees which rightfully got him banned, then 3 weeks later he shows up despite being banned and starts issues yet again trying to take a load out.
