Sometimes you just feel like you need someone to walk with you, especially when you're not feeling well, then you look around and see no one is near - and the words to the old song that says, you got to walk that lonesome valley, you got to walk it by yourself, no one can walk it for you. So, I want to say, even though we walk it by ourselves we are never really alone, Jesus is always close by, He is allowing you to walk it by yourself, but he is near watching over you whispering encouragement along the way. Praying all have a blessed day.

Well, it's snowing, I know it won't last, but winter is officially here now.

I was just sitting here thinking about When Katrina hit, our little Mt. Churched joined with Brave Hearts band and gathered 64,000 pounds of clothing to send the victims. The tractor trailer was so full they had to force the doors closed. I am sorry to say I didn't organize anything for these new disasters that happened in the South this past few weeks. I prayed but that falls short of what we all could do when we pull our resources.

It is sad that so many of today's Christians have replaced their prayer time to listen to popular prophets. It is time to start hearing from God yourself.

Let me ask you - Do You Really Believe - you will get the Unbelievers to your Church by just (having a good church, - by streaming your services, - by having multiple speakers come - by having a social media page, - by offering a once-a-year special program/ a play or a Christian music concert?
All these are good but where is the Outreaches into the community - Where are the actions/ activities outside the Church building? Teaching Discipleship is one thing - activating and sending out the disciples is another.
I BELIEVE WE NEED TO COMPETE AGAINST THE DEVIL AND REACH OUT BY GETTING OUT OF THE PEWS AND CHURCH BUILDING, GO TO WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE AND TAKE THE GOOD NEWS TO THEM WHERE THEY ARE - AT WORK, AT SCHOOL, IN THE MALL, AT THE STORE, IN THE PARK, ON THE RIVERBANK, ON THE BUS - WHEREVER YOU ARE - (GOD IS!)
Let your light shine in other places other than the church building.

I heard a Praise report last night how a woman found one of my books - "The Days of Elijah" when she was cleaning up a house that had been sold. She said she read it from cover to cover and used up a box of tissues because it made her cry. She said she loved it...
