In these uncertain times stuck in lockdown all we can do is look out for eachother. If you can check with your elderly , vulnerable neighbors see if they need anything and if you can donate to your local food banks for those in need.

If your fit and lower risk volunteer for your local hospital to help ease the pressure put on our health services.

Remember 1 branch is easy snapped but 30 branches is not were stronger together.

Were human beings show each other compassion spend time with your loved ones as you never know whats round the corner stay safe everyone and please listen to what your governments advice is.

True that if I'm angry I play games if I'm feeling low I jump on play some games gaming does help .

But don't suffer in silence hurting yourself and your family doesn't solve the problem it just escalates the hurt for others.

If you need someone to talk to online friends will listen if you have no one to listen I will so if you need a ear message me .

I am quite happy to listen and try help please don't go down that dark road that there is no return pain can be eased.
