Hi All.

Firstly I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year.

Mine was very low key but enjoyable nonetheless.

Please accept my apologies for no new blogs or any new content ( yet) as I am waiting to hear when I am heading to Hospital for a full right hip replacement.

Worry not though, blogs will resume as soon as I’m able and I’m hoping this year will be when my YouTube channel takes off!

A little Christmas Present for myself 😊

Yesterday and I went out and about for the morning. We had a lovely breakfast and then headed down to in Chirnside Park and I got this wee beauty!

My brand new DJI OSMO Pocket 3. I got the creator combo. It comes with a carry case, a tripod, a battery pack ( which also can be used as an extension handle) a DJI 2 wireless mic w/ windsock, a smaller extension handle, a protective hard case - for every day use - a charger cable and a wide angle lens. ( There is something called a black mist but I believe, looking at the box, you have to purchase separately)

It is adorably cute and awesome to use. Learning about it has been a ton of fun!

I have plans for the New Year. I’m so excited to get out there .. after my surgery of course .. and explore the big wide world!

Sometimes ye get the cutest wee things for a Christmas Present

Earlier this week, my support worker, Miss C came by for her last shift with me ( for the year) and gave me the most adorable Christmas Gift The Collection.

Ah .. The joys of being a science experiment.

I’ve been feeling lousy for 3 weeks and it turns out I have a respiratory infection!

I’m also taking meds to calm my acid reflux attacks down and I’ve got yet more creams for more things that I’m not going to mention on here.

Excuse the floofy hair & the 100,000 bags under my eyes.

Today didn’t go as planned. I was meant to go out & buy some bathers ( so I can start doing Hydrotherapy at my local pool) but my body had other ideas - which began with a nasty case of Acid Reflux at just before 2am and then not able to get back to sleep.

I crashed out at 9am and slept till around 12pm. Had a bite to eat and then got ready for the day.

Tonight our neighbour is coming round to join us for dinner. Which will be lovely.

In the meantime - enjoy this pic of me . I like it because the 6 double chins I’ve been sporting recently became 4.. and I’m rather proud of myself.

While at work today this wee beauty was delivered.

The photos are fabulous. Interviews are great. What tickled me pink though was the find-a-word and the pages you could colour in. ( not that I would 🤣)

Made me smile a bit after a long tedious day with work.

So.

Today was my community access day. I didn’t do much.

Got an eyebrow wax, went out for lunch, did some clothes shopping, bought a new 2025 planner, a funky (spare) wireless keyboard and mouse, a new hand moisturiser, a silly little gift for hubby and a pretzel.

I also found the perfect notebook. For those moments when everything is coming up …..
