ABOUT US:
1 Etchelle Papers Ltd (EPL)company was incorporated in 2007, with a vision to start paper recycling in Mauritius. In 2011 it started successful production of recycled paper. It is currently a small but definitely growing company, with big mission and targets. The Startup Networth of the company being 125 Million Rupees. It creates an employment of over 100 individuals.
2 EPL is a 100% green, environment friendly paper recycling company in Mauritius. We collect waste paper from across the island, and bring it to our site to be recycled.
3 Infact 1000 kg of recycled paper can save:
17 trees
380 gallons of oil
3 cubic yards of landfill space
4000 kilowatts of energy
7000 gallons of water
We collect all kinds of waste paper from the island for recycling which include, cartons, boxes, office waste paper, newspapers, all kinds of paper bags etc. We can make the following kinds of paper, though presently we are only producing kraft:
1 Kraft paper
2 Duplex Board
3 Mill Boards.
4 White paper
We are selling successfully in Mauritius, Madagascar, Tanzania, Kenya and other neighbouring countries. Our Maximum production capacity is 20 tons per day. We are slowly but surely aiming to reach our full capacity. We are soon going to start production of writing printing paper, newsprint and grey board. This will help us cater to a wider range of consumers and recycle all kinds of waste paper. Presently our target Customers are
