Happy Independence we all know it’s a holiday but if your going to drink please drink responsibly please call someone to take you home don’t risk drinking and driving your loved ones would want you to see rather than planning a funeral please keep this in mind

4/11/22 5:57 AM: Warm and dry weather is expected to start the work week before attention turns to showers and possibly a thunderstorm or two with an approaching cold front late Thursday into Friday. Any severe threat with this system appears very marginal.

The combination of wind gusts between 20 and 25 mph and minimum relative humidity of 25 to 30 percent will lead to an increased fire danger risk over portions of the northern and western Piedmont on Monday afternoon. Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged in these areas. Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether you can burn. If you do, you are advised to use extreme caution.

At 617 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Colerain, or 9 miles southeast of Ahoskie, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. This dangerous storm will be near... Rockyhock around 625 PM EDT. Ryland and Tyner around 635 PM EDT. 4/6/22 - 320PM: Scattered thunderstorms can be expected any time tonight, but the bigger threat for severe weather arrives Thursday afternoon and evening ahead of a cold front, where a few storms may become severe, especially inland Eastern NC.

Good afternoon everyone, most of the storms have cleared out but tomorrow morning is round 3 of severe weather, all radars are clear for the rest of the day with last night only being round 2 of severe weather. Lucky today is a break in the weather until tomorrow's storm, our guys will be working hard to keep everyone informed, we will also be doing a Test of our Zello Emergency Broadcast System which was down yesterday during the storm. was located near Marshallberg, or 8 miles east of Harkers Island,
moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
