Are you in a tight spot with something or do you have a major concern happening right now? Do you have something going on that you need to cry out to God about?

If you do; then cry out to Lord right now because He is here to help!
Do you desire to see mountains move? A pathway opened?
A victory in a war fought against you?

The answer to any of those is cry out to our Lord Jesus! He desires nothing more than to help us! When in a circumstance, no matter what it is cry out for His help. The changes that He can make in any situation can be our life changer.

We cry out; and God comes to help and moves mountains if He has too! Look what happens for Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles when he was circled by the enemy. I love it!

And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, It is the king of Israel. Therefore they compassed about him to fight: but Jehoshaphat cried out, and the LORD helped him; and God moved them to depart from him.

When you hear the word courage how does that make you feel? Do you rise up and square your shoulders or feel pressure of not measuring up?

There are times we need to be reminded that we can have courage and make it through life with a positive attitude and mindset when we know where our courage is coming from; and if you have never experienced courage; you can with God. He is our strength!

Let’s Pray for COURAGE together, -
I pray for courage today Lord, because you tell me to be strong and of good courage: Your promises are true, for the Lord my God will give me my inheritance and strength!

I lift up my eyes to the hills. From where does my help come? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth. He alone can change any situation. I may battle fear but He can give me courage.

Lord, I come before you, I sit at your feet and humble myself before you. Strengthen me today, Lord, and give me the courage that only comes from you.

I fear not; because He is with me. I will not be dismayed; for God is my God: He will strengthen me; yes, He will help me; yes, He will uphold me with the right hand of His righteousness.

I will be strong and of a good courage; I will not be afraid, neither will I turn away: for the LORD my God is with me wherever I go.

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

The Lord himself goes before me and will be with me; He will never leave me nor forsake me. I will not be afraid; nor will I be discouraged.

I will be strong and courageous and do the work. I will not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God is with me. He will not fail me or forsake me in all I do.

I will be of good courage, and He will strengthen my heart. He will strengthen all who have hope in the LORD. For God didn’t give me a spirit of fear, but of power and love and self-control.

The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion. Since I have such a hope, I am very bold. The Lord sustains me.

For I have not received the spirit of bo***ge again to fear; but I have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby I cry, Abba, Father.

Boldness is contagious. When I’m bold for The Lord Jesus Christ, enduring hardships for my faith, others are provoked to do the same. I pray for my courage to be contagious Lord to others.

Let me be strong, and let me show myself courageous for the sake of the thy people and for the cities of our God; and may the Lord do what is good in His sight for the Lord is the Lion of Judah! His will be done. His host be ready!

Let me fear not, for I am His child, and it is my Father's good pleasure to give me the kingdom. The Lord tells me to be sure of this: He is with me always, even to the end of the age.

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and I am helped: Therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.

The Lord tells me as His child to be strong in Him, and in the power of His might. So, I will put on the whole armour of God, that I may be able to stand against the attacks of the devil. I decree and declare the enemy is at a standstill, he is defeated. And I will not lay down my shield!

In your unfailing love Lord, I declare you will lead me because you have redeemed me. In your strength you will guide me to your holy dwelling. I will be safe in You.

The Lord is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him, my God, and I will exalt him. God is my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in the time of trouble.

Take courage says the Lord! Do not let my hands be weak, for my work will be rewarded. Strengthen me today Lord, that my courage may be on solid ground and my feet not slip. As a great shaking may come, I will not be shaken, but courageous in YOU!

Peace you give me Lord, and peace you leave with me. Not as the world gives, but your peace through your beautiful grace. Let not my heart be troubled, neither let me be afraid.

Let me then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that I may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”
‭‭
May the Lord strengthen my heart with courage so that I will be blameless and holy in the presence of our God and Father when our Lord Jesus comes with all his holy ones.
Amen ~

When trouble comes, He can help us to be courageous. Hold His hand and stand. Do not be afraid, He will help you! When I was on the ventilator fighting for my life during covid, God was with me.

It was amazing to be in such a situation, knowing He was there, He gave me the courage to stand that all would be well and I would not die. It still shocks me that He took me through that to be able to tell others of His tender mercies. I was told I was the only survivor in my ICU.

May God grace us today with an unbelievable courage, so that many will see the Glory of the Lord!!!

Have a wonderful day,

Feeling alone through difficult times is a very barren feeling. We search and don't have the answer. We seek and still don't have the answer. We look and cannot see anything for us in the future, nothing looks promising. The diagnosis is not good... the rent is not paid; the relationship has gone south... These are everyday issues that each of us try to be strong through, we try to make it on our own, but that doesn’t always work. We are proud, and we've been taught we must get through this thing called life all on our own so we can say we've successfully made it.

The difficulties of life are intended to make us better, not bitter. ~Author Unknown

Most of the time we do this all on our own, and alone... and then we get "alone" results.

Seek strength and do not go on this journey alone. Be strong and lean on God.

Do you want to be a stronger person, a more positive person, and a stronger person of faith? You can be! The answer is to be more dependent on God! That is not the answer you would think, is it?
We have heard since we were children, be this, be that be good, be strong, be perfect... and only the strong survive. Those are all good motivational type words, but if we've only heard those and have not had the rest added to our life, - the truth about God, and how He works, - then we tend to go off on our own and we don't get the results of the life promised to us.

Yes, only the strong do survive, and to be STRONG you MUST be DEPENDENT on God.

If we really did that, being dependent on God - how much better would our life be? I do believe we make it hard for ourselves sometimes. I think we miss some of the best things by not letting go of the steering wheel in our life. We have it all planned out, don't we? We own the map, don't we? I just wonder what would happen, if we sat back occasionally on this cruise ship of life, and let the Master Cruise Director direct our path?

Want to be strong? Be dependent on God. Being dependent, needing someone, receiving help, seeking help, and asking for support are all signs of weakness in our culture. But it is the opposite with God, to be strong, we are to be weak and depend on Him!

Try it, some of the things you are pounding your head on the wall for - may just work out, much to your surprise!
Smiles to your day,

13/02/2025

Acceptance is about acknowledging reality as it is: This means recognizing your thoughts and emotions without trying to fight or control them, even if they are unpleasant. Seeing the situation or person for what reality is, not for what we want it to be.

Acceptance Definition – the act of accepting something or someone, agreement with an idea or opinion, willingness to tolerate a difficult situation, putting up with, and accepting situations that are out of your control without judgement

What we accept in life can be good and bad so knowing our boundaries are necessary; and reality should be considered in all situations. The opposite side of acceptance is pushing away anything we do not like or agree with, hoping we can change it to what we want. We resist the truth. We have anxiety in the situation and resist the truth; we put up a resistance.

We need to walk in an acceptance of what is what; we also need to experience all thoughts and feelings we are experiencing. Without judging ourselves, others, and the situation we need to allow ourselves to be frustrated, disappointed, sad, fearful, or whatever other feeling develops as we accept the reality of what is happening. Practicing acceptance every day helps us take care of ourselves and prepares us in life’s situations.

Acceptance means acknowledging the facts of a situation and not fixating on how it should not be that way.

We cannot change people or situations. Does a person or situation have you fixating on it because you think it should not be that way or you can change them? Refocus with the Lord on the reality of it.
Ask Him to help you accept what He is revealing to you.

Why accept things for what they are in our daily life?
• It can help us focus on what we can control, and what God is allowing; instead of resisting or wishing away things we cannot control and may not be His plan.
• It can help us shift our focus from what is lacking to what is positive in the situation.
• It can help us embrace what God has for us and gives us strength to no longer resist reality.

When dealing with a difficult situation we may have to accept reality; so how do we do that?
1. Give ourselves permission to feel and accept what happened.
2. Decide with God when to let go and allow His grace and peace.
3. Get a word from God, bask in His presence for peace and direction.
4. Practice over time loving ourselves and what God has for us.
5. Remember “Letting Go” is a choice and maybe an obedience in God.
6. Accepting is NOT failing; take notice of all the positive that is happening in your life due to letting go.

Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Have a wonderful day!

11/02/2025

This may be for you; there are definitely times when we just need to be courageous and brave and not let the enemy have any kind of foothold in our life. Especially during trying times. Today could be that day!

Being brave and courageous is not an easy thing to do or accomplish at times; but it can be the guideline we go by. How do we be brave? To have bravery is to be ready to face and endure difficulty, danger, fear, and unpleasant conditions.

How do we have courage? To have courage is the ability to do something that may bring fear to us, to have strength when facing pain, to persevere, and to stand.

In the times of trouble we should seek the Lord Jesus; letting Him help us be brave and have courage in everything we do is the key! 🔑

He is the solid rock that we can lean on and go to. Jesus is victorious! We can seek shelter in the shadow of the Almighty. He can help us stand, persevere, and endure any difficult thing that comes our way. If we are His child; then for sure, we have adversity coming at us just from the enemy of our souls.

In 2 Samuel 23:20 it reads; and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, the son of a valiant man of Kabzeel, who had done many acts; he slew two lionlike men of Moab: also he went down and slew a lion in a pit in a snowy day.

In the above scripture about a mighty warrior of David’s in the bible it tells a wonderful story! I love Benaiah’s story from the Word of God. The Lord elaborated this Word to me with some wonderful thoughts to think about.

Benaiah was known for his victories and many great deeds he did, the part that was highlighted to me was when he slew a lion in a pit on a snowy day. This was the thought I received that can be put into our own daily life is this; that was not the first time Benaiah saw that lion.

Think about this; did that lion come around and traumatize the people where Benaiah lived? Was that lion known to be killing livestock in the area and making people fear? Or maybe even kill some if his people ? Did Benaiah dig that pit to capture the enemy of his village? I think he did.

I believe that Benaiah knew that lion. I think he was sick of him. He trapped him and then took him out.

How can we apply the same wisdom to what can torment us on a daily basis? What lion is lurking around us, our home, and our families? I love lions, they are beautiful, but this lion became an enemy I believe to the safety of Benaiah’s people. So, Benaiah had to decide. We may have an enemy lurking around that we need to dig a pit for and conquer him too.

How do we be brave and courage to conquer the enemy? We need to seek God first every day. Pray and ask for wisdom in all we do. Forgive and pray for others. Resist, be alert and have a sober mind. Stand on the Word of God, Armor up, and use the Word of God! The Word of God destroys the works of the enemy. We can be brave because we know who fights the battle, it is not us, but it is the Lord Jesus.

Just like Benaiah, it was not the first day he knew that lion, and just like us; it is not the first day we have battled the enemy who does not want us to walk with the Lord. Let’s get in the Word, pray and dig that pit for the enemy!

Let’s pray; Dear Lord help us today to walk closely by you. Help us get your word into our hearts, help us when we pray to be anointed by Your Spirit. Let us do all things in You and with You. We pray today that You dig that pit for our enemies, capture them all Lord, and conquer them with us today! May Your Light be in us and shine forth into the darkness of this world. May we be a blessing to others and be blessed by You every day!
Amen ~
You’re going to have a wonderful day!

Psalm 33 is a great word to pray together! Let’s to this! 🙏

Lord Jesus we come before you in thanksgiving and we pray using your word in worship to you! May your blessings be with us and may our prayer bless you!

Let us rejoice in the LORD, all you righteous: for praise is comely for the upright. Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings. Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise. For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.

He loves righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD. By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.

He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: He layeth up the depth in storehouses. Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. For he spake, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.

The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nothing: He maketh the devices of the people of none effect. The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance. The LORD looketh from heaven; he beheld all the sons of men. From the place of his habitation he looked upon all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashioned their hearts alike; He considered all their works.

There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: A mighty man is not delivered by much strength. An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.

Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; to deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

Our soul waits for the LORD: He is our help and our shield. For our heart will rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name. Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, According as we hope in thee!
Amen

Picture this story unfolding;
And Peter said, Man, I know not what thou sayest. And immediately, while he yet spake, the c**k crew. And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the c**k crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And Peter went out, and wept bitterly. Luke‬ ‭22‬:‭60‬-‭62‬ ‭

Right before that, this happened;
And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: but I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.

And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the c**k shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.
‭‭Luke‬ ‭22‬:‭31‬-‭34‬

They had taken the Lord and Peter followed close by, of course I am sure he was concerned, as we probably would have been also. Then a woman recognized Peter as a follower of Christ and she pointed him out. Accusing him. He immediately denied. Then denied again when someone else recognized him, I am sure because he was scared. Then Peter denied again not an hour later and probably even more scared at how serious the situation became.

What gets me is when the Lord turned and looked at Peter. He heard it all. The Lord was there and witnessed it and then turned to look at Peter ….

This breaks my heart. The Lord knew and had already warned Peter; - because of His love for him, - that Peter would be brought to those denials in his own weakness. The Lord knows our weaknesses and will give us strength, but that the Lord knew, seen and heard was a hard one for me. My heart felt that. Father forgive us. Strengthen us today. Keep us strong and in the palm of your hand always. May we be the apple of your eye. Amen.

Does this talk to you? Let us know!

Praying for you and sending blessings to your day!

The Spirit of God hath made me, And the breath of the Almighty hath given me life. Job‬ ‭33:4

Each breath we take is of God. He breathed the breath of life into Adam, He breathed on His disciples to receive the Holy Ghost, and He breathes for each of us today. Stop for a moment and think about this. The very breath of the Lord is in us!

Breath in that life today and accept it in all you do. It is such an exciting life we can have holding Gods hand through it all, knowing He even breathes for us!

Let Him speak life into the areas that have been quieted by the cares of this world. Take a deep breath in and clear yourself of any troubles; giving it all to the Lord. He can take care of everything if you let Him!

Peace in the Lord is the game changer in our life. Knowing He has this and trusting in that is where we get our strength from. We don’t have to know everything or what is coming tomorrow, sometimes He keeps things from us for our protection and other times He boldly tells us what we need to know.

Gather some time to spend with Him and ask; then you will receive! Trust in that also; ask, and you will get what you need. Wisdom on a business deal? Or knowledge of what is truly going on, or a blessing you need in health, safety and wellbeing? Ask and He will show you the way! Wait and listen!

Have a blessed day, and may His Right Hand touch each of us today!

This scripture came off the pages for the start of a new year upon us. It is definitely simple directions for us. We can focus on this word to give us an easy example of what we should focus on this coming year.

Sometimes we make it hard, but God brings it down to something we can understand. He doesn’t want His will for us to be hard to follow.

If we give ourselves to the Lord and hold His hand it will be an amazing opportunity for each of us! Let’s bless Him back as He blesses us this coming year!

Doing His will is what makes our life an amazing blessing and we will continue to be thankful as we see Him working in our life!

19/12/2024

As we near the end of a year with the new year approaching, let’s move forward and leave the old behind. I want to share a wonderful thought I was inspired by the Holy Ghost to share for each of us!

The word is Birth/Rebirth; which means the act or process of bringing forth, to bear, to labor, the spiritual life that God gives to us, the sovereign act of God that cleanses us, be renewed, to create, a resurrection, the act of coming to life, a birth that happens with the help of the Holy Spirit!

We read in John 1:12-13 But as many as received him, to them he gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe in his name: which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of man, but of God.

We read in 1Peter 1:22-23 Seeing you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto sincere love of the brothers, see that you love one another with a pure heart: being born again, not of corruptible seen, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which lives and abides forever.

We read in 1John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.

We read in Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.

We read in Ezekiel 36:26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you!

We read in 2Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold the new has come!

Let us end with Isaiah 43:18-19 Remember not the former things, nor consider the old things. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth!

The Lord is asking us to allow birth and rebirth in our life. Shake off the old, put it down, let it go, and let the newness come forth. We must die to the old to let the new come to life. The transformation cannot happen unless we die to the things holding us back.

Rebirth is the possibility of a new beginning. The spiritual life the Lord wants us to have, is to die to the old, and flourish in the new. He has wonderful plans for His children!

Just for thought with the Lord at the end of this year and preparing ourselves for the new year upon us; these are key points to pray on that could hinder our birth and rebirth in the Lord; fear, negative thinking, unhealthy behaviors we do to deal, putting things off, self-worth, discomfort, pain, the effort we have to put in, bad influence’s, thinking it will be easy, ignoring life’s lessons, rejection, seeing the worst and excuses.

Each of us fight these above situations, but with the Lord we can do all things and get through to every thing He wants for us! Continue to hold Jesus’s hand!

Smiles to your day,
Ginae Lee Scott

This is the truth! Help us Lord to be not conformed to this world: but help us be transformed by the renewing of our mind, that we may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭2‬ ‭

Keys to help you find the truth; reflect on what you know to be truth, consider intent, research, ask questions, be detached until you figure it out, avoid reacting emotionally and respond instead, be skeptical, evaluate all information, ask questions and above all else listen to the Lord. He leads and guides us into all truth!

We have the VICTORY through our Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord wants us all to walk in victory every day because we have the victory in Him!

If you are reading this no matter your circumstances in life you have the victory. It may not look like it, you may be in the heat of a battle, and you may not see an end to your situation; but the Lord wants us to know today that if we are still here, right now reading this, we have the victory!!!

No matter the war wounds, no matter what had happened; give it all to the Lord and stand victorious in the situation and see what He does! Keep your faith! Straighten your armor, put back on your helmet of salvation back on if it has been knocked off and stand tall!

You have the victory because the Lord says you have the victory! Amen!
