💀Catacombs In Paris💀

Beneath the bustling streets of the City of Light lies a haunting world shrouded in mystery—the Paris Catacombs.

Originally constructed as limestone quarries during the Roman era, the catacombs gradually transformed into an unconventional solution to Paris' overcrowded cemeteries.

Bones were meticulously arranged to form intricate patterns and eerie displays.

It’s adorned with the skeletal remnants of the city's past inhabitants.

⚜️If You Really Knew Me You Would Know…

That I feel isolated & lonely inside because I often feel disconnected from the people around me.

Especially now living in a place where I can’t do a lot of really cool sh*t because I am not *nj*cted.

I’ve already lived my whole life feeling like I was different.

But this society separation has been really hurting the deeper layers of this wound.

& that feeling has been attached to many different stories over the years.

But the feeling remains the same.

Disconnected.

It’s why I was in a relationship constantly since I was 12 years old.

The longest I was ever single was 6 months ago when I was 18.

& now where I am today…

It’s been challenging entering into 6 months being seperate from my last 5 year relationship with whom I truly felt & still honestly feel is my twin flame.

Some days I think I have it all together.

& some days I just have to scream, cry & just feel the pain.

Lately I have been wondering if I am even “sane” & maybe have borderline personality disorder.

I had never heard of it until I was looking up affirmations the other day to support my mindset around relationships…

& the article I found had an additional link to personality disorders.

Everything rang so true for me.

Even though things have gotten “better” over the years, I still feel alarmed for my own mental health sometimes.

I’m commiting to going on a good hike once a week.

I don’t really feel like I have anywhere to turn to with these feelings except to nature.

All of this is just reminding me how insanely beautiful and difficult being a human can really be.

& I’m sending so much compassion to anyone else who has been struggling too.

I know so many are & don’t have the courage to share what’s REALLY going on here on these platforms.

So I’m doing my best to show TF up how I am.

I get it.

I was succumbing to the disempowering belief that I was going to have to struggle in order to be an entrepreneur.

1. you are selling something that makes you $20-$50 per sale. You’d have to make 500 of those sales to make $10k in a month...

2. You're making profits, but never have time for yourself or your passion projects anymore.

3. You are managing EVERYTHING yourself. There’s no systems that allow you to now be there every step of the way.

4. Spending endless hours IN your business & never seeming to get ahead financially…

5. The business model doesn't align with your personal values. ie: You value FREEDOM but you are not living anything but that. This is the entrepreneurial hamster wheel that leads to burn out & is NOT sustainable.

6. You feel like a lone wolf & do everything on your own.

7. Your efforts are not contributing to compounding generational wealth. It’s only for the here & not (ie trading your time for money)

⚜️Vanessa & I Vended At Festivals Together & We Are BOTH Now Monetizing Our Content!!

⚜️Sending Love To Those Who Do Not Have A Mother Physically Here To Spend This Day With

Mothers days for over 12 years now has been a day that is just another day.

Yet my heart always feels a little bit of grief still shedding.

My relationship with her was crazy none the less even when she was here.

But it still rings through my heart that she is eternally laid to rest by the burdens of her own actions.

My mother is was a massive catalyst to my why. 🔥

She was a multifaceted creatrix who could literally do so much.

She did carpentry, weight lifting competitions, worked on computers, cars, played every instrument you could think of, sang like an angel, danced like a queen, she was incredibly psychic & scary smart…

Yet she couldn’t heal from her past traumas fully & continued her cycle as an addict to her own demise.

She passed at the age of 50 from an overdose.

She’s a continuous reminder to me of why I am here to EXPAND in my potential.

Seeing humans with gifts that are swept under the rug to a mundane life hurts my heart.

It’s why I’m here sharing possibilities of ways to thrive, co create, being in our zones of genius & fully express who we are.

Life is too short to not follow your passions.

To heal.

To love.

To forgive.

🌹I’ve Been The Woman Who Feels Completely Hopeless…

“Statistics” say people like me usually end up homeless, addicted to drugs or dead.

But humans are not simply numbers on a screen predicting our fate.

We are resilient AF when we make a firm decision.

⚜️I’ve had an eating disorder most of my life.

⚜️I’ve bounced around 14 different foster homes in my teenage years.

⚜️I grew up with emotional/physical abuse.

⚜️I was addicted to amphetamines at 14 years old.

⚜️I experienced the death of my own mother.

⚜️I grew up without a father.

& ALL of it I wouldn’t take back for anything.

Each & every single heart ache, self sabotaging behavior & traumatic experience…

Led to a unique path of healing.

Paths I’d never even notice if I just thought everything was “ok”.

It got me curious to what EXACTLY what do “successful” people do to change their lives?

Because I wanted to create something radically different.

I felt seen & SO inspired to read all about the most inspirational people who came from backgrounds like my own…

It gave me hope & permission to believe in myself.

Even if just a little.

My biggest fear is to go through my life still suffering, repeating patterns of the ones who hurt me…

Realizing at 40 years old that I didn’t just forgive, let go & live my damn BEST life,

I watched my mom do it when she left this earth from a He**in overdose.

My big why is to show women that regardless what your past is…

You have freedom of choice.

Always. ✨

To transcend the pain & turn it into your superpower.

We simply cannot understand what true happiness looks like unless we experience pain.

I believe it’s why those of us who have fought tooth & nail to be here, carry warrior like energy…

That allows us to stop at nothing to create a better future for ourselves & the planet.

But our bodies don’t know the difference between excitement & fear.

When you’re feeling that stretch zone, the nervous system takes time to calibrate.

It’s a GOOD thing to expand our grid.

It’s what allows us to create, experience & LIVE more.

Often times it can get confusing as this feeling has most people say “no that’s not a good idea” or “it must not be in alignment”

But asking yourself…

Is this your SOUL’s truth?

Because if it is, following that desire, the dream, that big decision is going to be supported by the universe no matter WHAT…

✨Are you grateful when your car is working well?

✨Or do you only think of your car when it breaks down?

✨Are you grateful to be alive each day? Or do you take your life for granted?

If you’re complaining about the weather, the traffic, your boss, your spouse, your family, a friend, a stranger, waiting in lines, bills, the economy, the cost of something, or the service of a company, you are not being grateful, and you’re pushing your dream life further away with every complaint.

✨ECSTATIC DANCE CHANGED MY LIFE!

ED is a place of freedom of somatic expression & a completely SOBER dance party.

& they are ALL over the world!

It’s a place to liberate yourself & explore the boundaries of your bodies expression to release pent up emotions & heal.

It was my first sober dance event.

Before I was always relying on alcohol to loosen me up not only to dance but just to have conversation!

I watched beautiful spiraling couples and friend groups explore the spaces between them & around their bodies contact dancing.

(If you don’t what that is look it up!)

I was f*cking intimidated to say the least.

I watched in awe in tears because all my insecurities of how I move were straight in my face.

See, I grew up with a mom who LOVED to dance…

But our relationship was a bit chaotic so I wanted nothing to do with anything she was passionate about.

Until she passed before I turned 16.

I started exploring movement arts shortly after to honor her legacy.

Was the least I could do.

With my entire upbringing being embarrassed of my mom trying to get my friends & I to dance with her…

I carried so much shame around what I was supposed to look like.

For the first time I saw freedom in movement.

I recognized my dance was with my emotions to heal that first night.

For the first 10 or so dances I was too shy to stay for when they gathered in circle afterwards.

I just came to have my own process of witnessing this beauty…

Finding a way to pull myself together in between.

How can I move?

🗝How do I WANT to move was the real question.

Since then I’ve had many cathartic cries on the dance floor following.

I discovered my true medicine.

To this day I sometimes forget how empowering it is to just MOVE.

Not to perform, not to impress, no to drill, technique or serve anyone or anything but ME.

If you know you’re on the path of liberation, you will never regret it!
