We are striving to show up our dismay to the all Gambians both home and abroad about the feckless of our stakeholders such as: National Road Authority(NRA), Brikama Area Councils (BAC) e.t.c..

Breaking......

Fatal car accident: Two lives perished at Tujereng road leaving angry natives placing motor tyres at the accident scene.

Two Guinean (Mandin) currently residing in Tujereng, The Gambia has died after a commercial vehicle crashed into their motorbike.

This occurred on earlier today, August 14, 2021 at Tujereng main junction entering the village from the highway.

"The rider of the motorbike died on spot when his head hit the road and series of glasses penetrates his neck leaving the territory all red🤦😭", eye witnessed said.

The second victim have been rushed to the hospital by Tujereng ambulance 🚑 but we later received unpleasant news that he also passed away 😭.

This is the second accident occurred at the same intersection within a week.

Where is the check point mounted at Mr Jerreh Manneh's gate? It lasted for only two days🤦. That is not the solution.

We've been chanting for low speed, we approached National Road Authority several times to lay speed bumps on this road and save the lives of it users but to our disappointment.

We have no option but to placed tyers on the road to slow traffic. Until the government answer to our calls we will continue placing heavy materials at wherever accident occurs.

Will you answer to our calls now or will you wait until we all come out and protest for our needs? The choice is yours.

We pray that may Allah forgive his shortcomings and may Jannah be his final abode!

We regret to announce the demise of our beloved brother , Edrissa Loum of Tujereng. He passed away today 6/8/2021. after battling with illness but unfortunately, he succumbed to the illness.

According to the source, Edrisa was a community worker, and he spent &must of his entire life in community services.

We pray that may Allah forgive his shortcomings and may Jannah be his final abode!

According to the source, Malang spent and dedicated must of his entire life in community services.

QTV JOURNALIST JAINABA SONKO HONORS MBOLO MEDIA INVITATION

Thursday 6th May 2021, Mbolo female journalist had the opportunity to receive a day-long mentorship from a successful same gender media expert QTV journalist Jai Sonko.
The Gambia’s premier private TV station reporter, presenter and ‘Youth Dialogue’ anchor Jainaba Sonko travelled to kombo south last Thursday where she made a stopped at Institute in Tujereng to share wisdom and Gambia Journalism Code of Conduct with hopeful Mbolo media girls.
The famous Youth Dialogue Anchor Jainaba took our students through from the start of her passion into journalism to the professional level she is today. Her exchange inspired and motivates our media beneficiaries to go into every situation in their chosen career with high energy and enthusiasm.
The seven Mbolo media girls are currently enrolled for another six months video and photo journalism training moving towards independence professional career.
As a tradition at Mbolo, journalist Jainaba Sonko had the opportunity to see the many amazing activities Fandema project has in store, when the institute chairman Malang Sambou engaged her touring the entire campus. This is Jainaba’s first visit but not the last as we are predicting high for her return for a special edition!.

Dynamic update from market's rehabilitation

Joy and hopes reappeared on the faces of so many women vendors in Tujereng Martket when Mbolo's renewable energy beneficiaries visited the community market last week where they uninstalled all the solar system and electrical wiring to kick-off the starting of the rehabilitation of this important facility.

This came after 5 days when 2 representatives from Mbolo joined a representative from the VDC to abraist the women about the commencement of the second face of market's rehabilitation where a date and venue of relocation was decleared.

This activity is under the support of AMB Internacional i Cooperació, Ajuntament de Torrelles de Llobregat and Ajuntament de Santa Coloma de Cervelló.
