This is the Soothing Sunny Spot that I uploaded on the Sims 4 gallery. I should have named it something else but I was tired.

This is a relaxing, romantic getaway spot. This has one gorgeous bedroom, a luxurious bathroom, a laundry/dressing room, open plan living/kitchen/dining space, and plenty of outdoor amenities, including barbecue, ping-pong, jet-skis. & boat. There is also an outdoor romancing area with open-air bed and step-down hot tub. Enjoy!

Gallery Description: Built on my GrrrlsRockPlayer Twitch stream: a fully cute, tiny Craftsman home. A full size bedroom upstairs with office area. Downstairs is the living room, small bathroom, and kitchen with dining area & washer. All tastefully decorated; it looks comfortable and relaxed, but not overly cluttered. I built it on a 30 x 30 lot in San Myshuno (GREAT lighting for building!), but you can put it on a larger lot and add on as you grow. As always, I have playtested everything.
