Chiefs Ready to Flex, AFC Follows KC Strategy, Rodgers Wants in West, Big Event in Jeff City
The Chiefs are positioned to flex their might in round 2 of the NFL Draft. Tons of flexibility and my hope is a trade up for a wide receiver. We'll name some names and throw some darts at what the best drafting team in the league may do.
Did you notice almost all of the AFC is following the Chiefs strategy and going offensive skill position players? History was made in round one by all the copycats. Except the other teams in the Chiefs division. Apparently those teams think adding linemen will get them over the hump against Patrick Mahomes.
Aaron Rodgers wants out of Green Bay but the Packers aren't having it. So far. It looks like the Raiders and Broncos are the teams he wants to play for now and I just don't understand that.
Next week there is an important event at the Capital in Jefferson City concerning the way we treat patients that are dying. It's one of the worst lasting effects from Covid and it has nothing to do with Covid deaths. This is so important, you'll want to hear about it.
And one island resort country in lifting all restrictions and going 100% back to normal beginning May 16 and you can fly there fast. We clue you in on who's first to hit the reset button.
Draft Day Fun, AL Central Month of Madness, Biden Lulling America to Sleep
It's Draft Day in the NFL and since the Chiefs have no action on Day 1, KKHI ponders what it would take for all the wannabe's to catch up to KC.
The Royals get a split in the Steel City, a day off and a long, important stretch ahead in the division. Nobody thought the month of May would bring excitement and drama, but with 23 games against division opponents, everyone is suddenly gunning for the boys in blue.
Joe Biden's uninspiring speech about turning America into a government dependent society is a total snooze. If we didn't know better, we'd think he's boring people on purpose so nobody sees what he's doing. Good thing for him because he actually said in his speech America can't handle everything being thrown at her right now. What a disgrace.

Dems Have Mask Problem, Louisville Cop Crisis, Chiefs Will Draft Need, Royals Important Stretch
The Dems have a huge mask problem on their hands as everyone is completely confused. We share a theory why they are hanging on so hard as we saw with two ridiculous masked appearances by Joe Biden.
The city of Louisville has 244 openings for police officers so in essence, they are getting their defunding of the police. Good luck filling those positions.
McDonalds is hiring 4000 workers in Kansas City and we'll explain why this is better than just the jobs being added.
The NFL Draft is this week and I don't believe for a second the Chiefs will take the best player available. They'll take somebody they need that's ranked highest at a position.
And the Royals have a pretty important early season stretch ahead as they finish one game against Pittsburgh before starting a bunch of games in the division. Up first will be the Twins, picked by many to win the Central. The Royals currently lead Minnesota by 7 games!

Biden Taps Out, Gov Holds Back KS, Royals/Pirates Preview, Bet MGM Loses on Mahomes
Joe Biden is either too tired or too busy to sit in on the weekly coronavirus meeting with all 50 governors so he appointed somebody else to be in charge. It isn't Kamala. You won't believe this one.
Governor Kelly in Kansas has now earned the nickname "Governor Veto" as she's holding up everything good that an overwhelming number of Kansans want. This is a reminder why mid terms matter.
The Royals are now 14-7. I repeat, the Royals are 14-7. We preview the two game Royals/Pirates series.
Bet MGM has lost money on a Patrick Mahomes wager from the playoffs in January and it's all their fault. A little mistake cost a lot of money.
Bill Belichick joins Tom Brady in hating a new rule the Chiefs got passed. So we all instantly love the new rule!
And did we all just witness the greatest baseball game played since Babe Ruth?
Colonel is Missouri's Top Gun, St Joe Air Show May 1-2
Colonel John Cluck has spent his adult life serving his country. He is the outstanding and proud Wing Commander of the 139th Airlift in St. Joseph and is proud to call the Missouri Air National Guard his home. From missions in the middle east to massive Covid vaccination site logistics at Arrowhead Stadium, the 139th is everywhere. They're recruiting young people and will see that you get a college education no matter what career path you may choose. Their biggest public event is May 1-2, the Sound of Speed airshow. Mom Knows Best, AOC's Mask is Disgusting, A Royal Opportunity, Chiefs go for Skill Player
A mom in Georgia has articulated all the mistakes we've made with Covid mandates better than anyone in the media ever could. Mom knows best, you have to hear this.
AOC posts another racist video and when she pulls off her mask you can see just how disgusting mask wearing is. I mean, she's just filthy. You'd scream at your teenager if they were this gross.
The Royals have an opportunity to fatten up this weekend against the team with the most losses in baseball. Let's see it happen.
And I don't do mock drafts and I don't like them much. But I do like to try to figure out what the Chiefs strategy will be and years of history tell us if you're hoping for a tackle at the 31st pick, you'll be disappointed.
Exploiting Floyd's Death, Royals Have Keller Problem, Mahomes Sees Flaw in his Game
The reaction to three guilty verdicts in the Derek Chauvin trial has left us with several factions exploiting George Floyd's death for their own personal gains. It's just sickening, but predictable. The Royals aren't winning anything this year if they don't fix their Brad Keller problem. The Royals' ace is really struggling. And Patrick Mahomes sees a flaw in his game that needs work. We'll tell you what it is.
Trump Running in '24, Mad Maxine Poisons Trial, Aldon Smith in Trouble Again, Golf Course Closed
Donald Trump made it clear in an interview with Sean Hannity that he's running for President in '24. We break down what this means for Republicans going forward. Mad Maxine Waters wants confrontation when the verdict comes in the Derek Chauvin trial. Now the judge says the whole thing will likely get overturned on appeal because of her actions. Aldon Smith was on the comeback trail in the NFL but now he's wanted on another criminal charge. Such a shame. And a golf course closes because the greenskeeper was a greens killer.
Provoking Violence, 4 Days w/out a Mask, Salvy Again, Great Golfer Story
I can't stand violence and I really don't care to talk about it all that much. But after a really violent few days, some Dems are provoking violence after the trial of George Floyd's death. We can't ignore that here. I've gone 4 days without a mask since I learned nobody gets fined or cited. Ever. I'll share my experiment with you.
How many times will we talk about Salvador Perez on the podcast this year? Well, if this keeps up I'd say three times a week until November. What a freak! And a golfer I promised I would never cheer for again wins on the PGA Tour this week. And I cheered for him. This story involves Tom Watson and Ronald Reagan and you'll want to hear it.
Jordan Grills Fauci, Media Peddles Asian Hate, Royals Win Again, Transfer Portal Mess
For many of you that tried to play this podcast Friday on Podbean, you didn't get a "play" button. I'm publishing it again to see if it works better for you this time. Thanks to those of you that pointed this out to me as it played every other way and we didn't see any drop off in listenership. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we'll see if it's better this time. There's a first for everything and I will be notifying Podbean that this occurred.
