Papaitonga Scenic Reserve - 5 minutes outside levin
(Back when Kiwi Guardians was still up and running)

Nice easy 20 min loop track with views from a picnic stop lookout over Lake Waiwiri.

Didn't spot any Australian water dragons (so thats good!)
Nor did we spot any giant snails - maybe if we went at night time !! (maybe next time when we have the caravan we can have another look)
