Sea Fox 228 Commander with Twin Yamaha 300’s

This is a pretty Sea Fox. I have noticed some Sea Fox boats have a pulpit on the front. This must work f been a feature for previous models. The new ones seem to of left out this feature.

Scarab 27 with twin Yamaha 225’s

Scarab boats started in 1975 and were considered hardcore race boats. They later became more popular in the 80’s by the awesome show Miami Vice! But at some point Scarab partnered with Wellcraft and had incorporated Wellcraft’s design into their lineup. Both of these brands are now owned by the Beneteau Group.

A copy of Miami Vice’s boat was made by Wellcraft. This was the 38’ KV Scarab with an epic 80’s paint job. Supposedly only 33 of these were made but the paint job was applied to many other Scarab models of that era.

For a time Scarab was known as a badass looking Cigarette boat. Now it has morphed into something much different. They made some Scarab Jet boats that some believe was a mockery. They also make some center consoles now.
