বোধি প্রশ্ন ,বোধি আলোচনা:

তথাগত ভগবান বুদ্ধের বাণী নির্দেশনা বা ধর্ম সকল কিছু প্রচার বা রক্ষার প্রধান দ্বায়িত্ব ভিক্ষু বা সংঘের। যা সাধারণ ভাবে বলা যায় তাই বৌদ্ধ ধর্মে ভিক্ষু বা ভান্তেদেরকে ধর্মগুরু বলে।
কিন্তু এই ধর্মগুরু বা ভান্তেরা ও অনেক সময় অনেক কিছু করে থাকে, যা উপাসক-উপাসিকাদের মনে নানান প্রশ্নের সৃষ্টি করে। কোনটা ঠিক কোনটা ভূল সেটা বুঝতে পারেনা আবার অনেক ক্ষেত্রে বুঝলে ও ভান্তে বলে চুপ করে থাকে বা কিছু বলে না।
সেই সকল নানান প্রশ্ন নিয়ে আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সঠিক বৌদ্ধধর্ম সম্পর্কে জানতে আমাদের আয়োজন।
যেখানে আপনার প্রশ্ন ,কথা ,আলোচনা জানাতে পারেন।

Bodhipata New York

MMI organizes the first Monthly GEM Gathering in Manhattan, New York.
On Sunday, March 12, 2023, MMI organized the first monthly GEM gathering at the Community Room of Stryckers's Bay Apartment on Upper West Side, Manhattan. It’s the special event to introduce Giving (Dana), Ethics (Sila) and Meditation (Bhavana), in short “GEM” to New Yorkers.
The event started with “An Introduction to GEM” by Monk Burin. Then, Barrie, a moderator, welcomed all participants to “GEM Talk” in which Phil and Patricia, guest speakers, shared their experiences using GEM to transform their lives in a positive way.
After that, all attendees shared a moment of inner peace with guided meditation from Monk Burin. Once everyone’s minds were clear and peaceful, Monk Burin gave a “5 Caring Ethics” to all practitioners. Then, all requested to offer Alms to the monks led by Apinya (Pali language) and Sebastian (English language). After the request, Monk Burin and a monastic order gave a Pali blessing and walked Alms-round as a field of merit to all New Yorkers.
The event was concluded with Thai Lunch together. All 30 participants was really peaceful and joyful with the practice of GEM and looking forward to joining again in next Monthly GEM Gathering on April 9, 2023.

বৌদ্ধ মা-বাবা ও অভিভাবকদের উদ্দেশ্যে বাংলাদেশ বুড্ডিস্ট ইউনিয়ন এর বিনীত অনুরোধ।

কথা গুলো মা-বাবা সহ অভিভাবকদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলার কারণ হলো বর্তমানে সকল ভালো খারাপ বুঝার ক্ষমতা সন্তানের রয়েছে। যার ফলে কোনটা ভালো কোনটা খারাপ সেটা তারা বুঝতে পারে।
যদি কোন সন্তান খারাপের দিকে থাকে তাহলে তার জন্যই মা-বাবার করণীয়তো থাকবেই।

সময় এখন সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়ার।
মা-বাবা সহ অভিভাবকদের করতে হবে যা করার।
নিজেদের সম্প্রদায়ের কথা না হয় চিন্তা নাই করলেন।বৌদ্ধ সম্প্রদায়ের লোক কমে যাচ্ছে এমনিতেই।
আমরা সংখালঘু তার মধ্যে ধর্মান্তরিত হয়ে আরো সংখ্যায় কমে যাচ্ছে এটি না হয় বাদই দিলেন।

কিন্তু নিজেদের মানসম্মান এর দিকে দেখে হলে ও এখন কঠোর হওয়া দরকার সকল মা-বাবা / অভিভাবকদের।

একটু খেয়াল করে দেখুন, ধর্মান্তরিত হয়ার সময় মা-বাবার নাম সহ পুরো ঠিকানা কিন্তু উল্লেখ থাকে। শুধু একজন বৌদ্ধ বা বড়ুয়া মেয়ে অন্য ধর্মে চলে গেছে লোকে শুধু সেটা জানে না। কার মেয়ে কোন এলাকার মেয়ে কার আত্মীয় সব কিছু লোকে জেনে যায়।

কারণ এখন সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে সব কিছু দ্রুত ও সহজেই প্রচার হয়।

তাই সময় থাকতে সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হবে সকলকেই।

সন্তানেরা যদি না বুঝে থাকে তাহলে তাদেরকে বুঝাতে যা করা দরকার সেটাই করতে হবে।

নিজেরা ও সংযুক্ত থেকে বিভিন্ন ধর্মীয় কাজে উৎসাহিত করতে পারেন।

খুব বেশী ভালো হবে ধর্মীয় সংগঠনের থাকে সংযুক্ত রাখলে।
এখন অনেক ধর্মীয় সংগঠন আছে আপনি নিজে খবর নিয়ে সেসবগুলোতে অংশগ্রহণ করাতে পারেন।
সংগঠনে ভালো খারাপ থাকতেই পারে।
তাই ভালো না লাগলে বা খারাপ কোন কার্যক্রম পেলে অন্য আর একটাতে অংশ নিবে।
তা ও ধর্মীয় সংগঠনে থাকাটা জরুরী।

এটি অনেকটা ধর্মান্তরিত রোধে সহায়ক ভূমিকা রাখবে।
সন্তানেরা যদি নিজ থেকে না বুঝলে মা-বাবা সহ অভিভাবকদের দ্বায়িত্ব নিতে হবে।

মোট কথা যেভাবেই পারা যায় সন্তানদের ধর্মীয় কার্যক্রম সহ পরিবারের সাথে সংযুক্ত রাখতে হবে।
